Join us for an exploration of the dark history of this 190 year old site. Your 90-minute Ghost Tour will take you deep into various buildings. Through vivid stories of the asylum you’ll discover the intriguing history of Tasmania’s infamous Willow Court.

Whether you believe in ghosts or not, this tour promises to keep you intrigued. You’ll delve into the pages of history and also hear chilling first-hand accounts relayed from past tour guests. Dark secrets that only the locals know.

Our Ghost Tour content is of an adult nature, therefore parental guidance is recommended.  The tour is recommended for children aged 13 years and over, however some information may be frightening and may not be suitable for children with a sensitive disposition, tends to suffer nightmares or is afraid of the dark.  ALL children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our tours have various meeting points (11 The Avenue or 15 George St, New Norfolk), please see your booking confirmation email for the exact location of your scheduled tour.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is a guided tour that includes walking around a historic site at night. Due to the limited access to some of the remaining buildings and the uneven surfaces, the Ghost Tour may not suitable for people with restricted mobility. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Tours operate in most weather conditions, so make sure you are prepared for all weather conditions. You must wear flat enclosed shoes. No heels or thongs will be permitted. Guests will be notified via SMS or email if the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tour, to allow time to check in and move to your tour departure point. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for latecomers.
